LEADERSHIP COACHING

Job-Embedded, Results-Driven

We love leaders. In fact, we based our book, Leaders of the Class, on the understanding that every educator and every student possesses profound potential as a leader. In our ongoing, job-embedded leadership coaching, we help school leaders and faculty leaders to build the identity and the skills that they need in order to reach their leadership potential and in order to promote the growth of those they support. As with all of our work, we focus on fostering relationship-based psychological safety and empowering leaders to connect with their motivation, set meaningful goals, effectively communicate and collaborate with others, and leverage individual and collective strengths to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

From this experience, I was able to appreciate the value of looking back at what has led me to this point. It’s not something I do regularly, so I found value in reflecting on the impactful events of my life. The inward look is an important and aligning practice for any educational professional, particularly one in leadership. Being more conscientious about the work we do is important, particularly when we can get lost in the day-to-day frustrations and challenges. You’re doing a wonderful job. Keep up the great work!
